　　Chinese people love drinking tea, and each region boasts a variety of renowned tea varieties. These teas are also processed into dried products and sold across China's provinces. During transportation, however, the tea often becomes damp and cold, making it prone to mold. Packaging tea in tin cans can effectively prevent mold growth, enhance the tea's quality and appeal, and thus make tin-can packaging a highly popular choice for tea containers.

　　1. To enhance the corrosion resistance of metal-packaged iron cans, fully coated empty cans are used internally; meanwhile, the electrochemical action of the metal can cause a small amount of iron elements to dissolve from the metal container.

　　2. Manufacturing by stamping—specifically, using a punch on a press to insert a flat metal sheet into a cylindrical die, thereby deforming the metal sheet and forming a round metal can. After the initial stamping, the diameter of the resulting metal container can be further reduced through re-stamping techniques.

　　3. Cut the tinplate into rectangular sheets. Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape, and longitudinally weld the joints at both ends to form a tube. Use mechanical methods to seal one end of the cylinder with a circular end cap, while inserting the other end into a pre-made can lid, thus creating a packaged tin can. The container consists of three main parts: the can body, the can lid, and the can bottom; hence it’s called a “three-can.” Typically, conventional tin cans use three cans, whereas aluminum cans employ a two-can technology. Patchwork is produced using offset printing techniques. Such three-can structures are not well-suited for holding candles, as they tend to leak easily. Therefore, when using these cans, it’s recommended to apply an adhesive after joining the pieces to prevent wax leakage. Generally, these three cans also need to be protected against rust on their exterior surfaces, so printing is essential. When manufacturing these three cans, pay attention to the following steps: Before the end-folding process, make sure to chamfer and notch the edges; during welding, wipe away any solder residue from the weld areas immediately after welding; after cooling, remove any burrs to complete the main body of the can.
