The company selects a weekend every month to hold a group celebration for the employees who have the birthday of that month, and signs birthday greeting cards for the employees who have the birthday. The group birthday can choose a variety of activities such as birthday party and dinner party, which not only reflects the company's humanistic care, but also enhances the cohesion of the employees.
